You have bookmarked a page that is no longer valid.

You may be getting this error message because you have multiple browser windows open or you have not logged in.

When in WEBForms, please ensure that WEBForms is the last Internet Explorer window open or you only have one window open at a time. Internet Explorer windows opened after opening WEBForms causes problems with Adobe Reader and causes you to lose your security credentials.

Please also check the following settings:

  1. Ensure only one version of Adobe Reader or Acrobat is installed. If there are multiple versions, remove ALL versions. After all versions are uninstalled, download the most recent version of Adobe Reader from www.adobe.com and install.
  2. Check your Internet Explorer settings (Tools->Internet Options):
    • General Tab: Under Temporary Internet files, Click "Delete Files". Click Settings and select "Every visit to the page".
    • Security Tab: Click "Default Level"
    • Privacy Tab: Click "Default"
    • Advanced Tab: click "Restore Defaults"
